Refund Policy
At SourceLine, we are committed to providing high-quality sourcing services tailored to your hiring needs. To ensure transparency and consistency, the following refund policy applies to all purchases and subscriptions:
1. One-Time Setup Fee
The one-time setup fee charged at the start of your subscription (or upon reactivation) is non-refundable. This fee covers initial onboarding, competitor research, sourcing strategy, boolean string and keyword development, and administrative setup.
2. Subscription Charges
All subscription plans are billed monthly and renew automatically on the same calendar day each month. Once a monthly charge has been processed, it is non-refundable. Clients are responsible for canceling their subscription prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged for the following month.
3. Cancellations & Freezes
Clients may cancel or freeze their subscription at any time by contacting us before their next billing date. If a cancellation request is submitted after a renewal has processed, the service will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued.
4. No Partial Refunds
We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused service time, paused accounts, or early cancellations within a billing cycle.
5. Exceptions
In the rare event of a billing error on our part, please contact us at support@sourceiq.com, and we will investigate the issue promptly.
