Why do I have to pay an engagement fee to work with you? Recruiting takes time, effort, and resources. Every new client pays a one-time, non-refundable engagement fee to start services and show mutual commitment to the recruitment process.

This fee allows us to dedicate our recruiting team to your company and start sourcing candidates right away. Once your account is active, you can open as many roles as needed to support your hiring goals — there’s no additional engagement fee as long as your agreement with SourceLine remains active.

How and when am I billed if I hire one of your candidates? You're only invoiced for a placement when your new hire starts their first day on the job, not before. Once the candidate starts their first day, we’ll send a final invoice for the flat-fee placement rate outlined on your Direct Hire Agreement Fee Schedule. No surprises.  Our terms and placement fee are always transparent.

Transparent Pricing

SourceLine’s direct hire recruiting model is simple. You pay a flat $7,500 fee for each candidate hired, regardless of salary. Unlike traditional recruiters who charge percentage-based commissions, our flat-fee structure delivers predictable costs and significant savings.

We Get Paid When We Produce

You aren't invoiced until your new hire officially starts the job. No prepaid placement fees. No invoicing for unfilled roles. We get paid when we produce results and you make a hire.

30-Day Candidate  Replacement Guarantee

If your hire doesn’t work out within the first 30 days, we’ll provide a one-time replacement candidate for the same role at no additional cost.

Each candidate is carefully sourced, screened, and matched to your specific needs to ensure the best long-term fit.
