Pricing FAQ

What is the engagement fee, and why is it required? Recruiting requires time, expense and resources. Every new client pays a one-time engagement fee to initiate services, build momentum in your market and reflects a mutual commitment to the process.

How and when am I billed if I hire one of your candidates? You're only invoiced for a placement when your new hire starts their first day on the job, not before. Once the candidate starts their first day, we’ll send a final invoice for the flat-fee placement rate outlined on your Direct Hire Agreement Fee Schedule. No surprises.  Our terms and placement fee are always transparent.

Testimonials

We had an RV Tech role open for over 2 months with zero traction from job ads. SourceLine sent us candidates we never would’ve found on our own. We finally got someone in the door who could actually do the job. We use SourceLine at least once a month. It’s a great setup for a company our size.

Lee, Service Manager | RV Service Center

We’re a small shop without an HR person. I wear a lot of different hats and I had a Heavy Truck Mechanic role open for months that I couldn't get filled. I signed up with SourceLine, had a quick call, and they started sending me candidates. It's a great knowing I have hiring support for my shop.

Michael, Shop Foreman | Heavy Equipment Repair Shop

We just filled a Warranty Admin and a Service Advisor for my Dealership. Deanna’s communication was solid the whole way through. The extra support has taken a lot off our plate, and it’s been a great fit for our small team. We’ve already got them lined up for our next open role.
