How is SourceLine different from other recruiting agencies or just using a job board?SourceLine isn’t a traditional recruiting agency or RPO although our team comes from that world. We’ve stripped away everything clients don’t need: commissions, long contracts, bloated processes, and resume overload. Instead, we offer flat-rate, U.S.-based candidate sourcing that delivers only qualified, interested candidates directly to your inbox. We don’t post jobs. We don’t wait for applicants. We proactively search and reach out to candidates . You handle the screening and hiring process, without the overhead or wasted time.

How does the subscription work?When you sign up, you’ll choose a subscription package . SourceLine will actively source candidates for each selected role based on your job descriptions. If you fill one of your positions during the month, you can simply send us a new job description — we’ll begin sourcing for your next open role with no additional cost or delay. We understand staffing needs change so we offer complete flexibility. Your subscription is built to support ongoing hiring needs.

How many candidates will I receive a week?We source and reach out to 25–30 candidates per week for each active role included in your subscription. Any candidate who responds with interest is automatically forwarded to your inbox, along with their contact information and details. While we don’t control individual response rates — which may vary due to industry, job market conditions, compensation, or your company’s reputation — our targeted outreach and proven messaging strategies consistently drive strong candidate engagement. Can I pause my subscription?Yes — you can pause your subscription for up to 90 days. After 90 days, your plan will automatically expire. If you decide to return after that, a reactivation fee of $499 will apply in addition to the monthly plan cost. This covers the time and resources required to rebuild your search, including updated market research, refreshed Boolean strings, new competitor targeting, and custom outreach messaging. It also helps offset the cost of regaining momentum in the market.

How do I pause my subscription?To pause your subscription, just email us at info@motocruit.com or use the "Pause My Subscription" link in the website footer. We’ll confirm the pause and your access will be held for up to 90 days. To restart your subscription, just email us and let us know you're ready to start hiring again.

Do you interview or pre-screen candidates?No. We do not conduct prescreens, interviews, background checks, or formal screening. SourceLine is a candidate sourcing solution — not a full-service recruiting agency. You maintain full control over screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.

Do you forward every resume you find?Unlike most agencies, we don’t send every resume we come across. We hand-pick candidates, reach out personally, and only forward those who express real interest in your role.

How do you contact candidates?We write and send personalized outreach messages using your company name and job details so every message feels like it’s coming directly from your team. We use custom Boolean search strings and targeted sourcing methods to find resumes and harvest contact information. Outreach channels include email, text, phone, and social media. This multi-touch approach increases response rates and creates a seamless handoff . By the time candidates reply, they already recognize your brand, understand the role, and are ready for you to schedule the interview.

Is there a contract?No contracts, no long onboarding, no surprise fees. Just a flat monthly subscription that you manage and can pause or cancel anytime.

Do you source managers or executives?Do you source regional managers or executives? Yes — manager-level roles are included in all subscription plans. For regional, executives, or C-suite roles, we offer custom one-time 30-day sourcing packages starting at $2,499.

Do you use AI or automated sourcing bots?Every search is conducted by a real human sourcing expert and every candidate is hand sourced for skillset alignment. We don’t outsource overseas, and we don’t rely on automation to fill your inbox with noise. SourceLine is built on personal outreach, industry insight, and candidate engagement.

How soon will I start receiving candidates?Typically, you’ll start receiving your first candidates within 5-7 business days of signing up and submitting your intake form. Delivery continues on a rolling basis each week while your role is active.

How will I receive my candidates?You’ll receive candidate profiles directly via email, including their name, contact information, and resume (if available) or candidate profile. No logins, no portals, no software — just clean, direct results. Have multiple team members you would like your candidates sent to? No problem.

Do you guarantee a hire?No. We do not guarantee that any specific candidate will result in a hire. While we send candidates who express interest in your role, the final hiring process — including prescreens, interviews, offer, and onboarding — is entirely managed by you.

What is your refund policy?We do not offer refunds once sourcing has begun. All plans are final sale due to the allocation of sourcing time and resources. However, if you need help adjusting the search criteria, our team is happy to assist.
