Most recruiting agencies in these industries focus on leadership and sales roles because the hands-on jobs are harder to fill. We can support those roles too, but the bulk of what we do is finding skilled tradespeople, field service professionals, and shop technicians who keep your business running.
Some of the types of companies we work with in these industries are construction, civil engineering, equipment repair, logistics, RV, and marine. We help our clients hire talent through a simple and transparent process designed for industries built on skilled labor.

We Act as an Extension of Your Brand

Using custom Boolean searches, we find the right talent, gather their direct contact info, and reach out across multiple channels: email, text, phone, and social media.
By the time a candidate replies, they already know who you are, what the role is, and why it’s worth a conversation.
A one-time, non-refundable engagement fee is required to start. This initiates and engages the partnership, allowing us to allocate resources and begin sourcing.
After that, you pay a flat fee per hire, regardless of role or salary. You are only billed when a candidate starts.
The engagement fee covers your entire agreement, not individual roles. Open one role or multiple, the fee does not change as long as your agreement stays active.
All terms are outlined in the Direct Hire Agreement.
Yes. Our experienced team conducts in-depth prescreening to ensure each candidate aligns with the required skill set, experience level, and job scope.
Our clients receive a candidate summary that outlines work history, certifications, equipment or software experience, desired compensation to consider a move, and more. This gives you the ability to know what each candidate brings to the table.
This process saves you time and gives you a clear view of why they’re a strong match, before you even schedule an interview.
No — there’s no long-term contract.
We use a straightforward Direct Hire Agreement to outline our terms so everything is clear and transparent from day one — including your engagement fee, placement structure, and our 30-day replacement guarantee.
There’s no lock-in. Either party can terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. It’s a simple way to protect both sides and keep the process flexible.
Yes. If your new hire doesn’t work out within the first 30 days, we’ll find a replacement at no extra cost.
We pre-screen every candidate for skill set and experience, and only send those who are genuinely interested in your role. From there, your team manages interviews, reference checks, background screenings, and all final hiring decisions keeping the SourceLine team in the loop throughout the process.
