About Our
Founder

Deanna Acker brings over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a career grounded in operations, leadership, and solving complex hiring challenges. She got her start in 2002 at a wheel reconditioning company in Dallas, Texas, where she oversaw sales and marketing throughout the Central U.S., building lasting relationships with shops and industry partners across the country.

That work  led her into the collision industry, where she accepted a role with a national MSO — opening the door to a new chapter. Over the years, she held high-volume estimating roles across national MSOs, dealerships, and independent repair facilities, gaining deep operational experience and firsthand insight into the staffing gaps shops were facing.

In 2016, she became Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a parts distribution company, leading a team that supported collision centers and dealerships across the Eastern U.S. That role gave her a front-row seat to one of the industry’s biggest challenges: great shops couldn’t find great people and there were no recruiting partners who truly understood the industry or realities on the ground.

In 2019, Deanna launched the first recruiting agency in the country built exclusively for the collision repair industry. With no other firms offering a collision-specific solution, it quickly became the go-to recruiting partner for MSOs, independent shops, and dealerships nationwide.

 

The agency earned national recognition for its ability to fill hard-to-fill roles and became known for getting results where traditional methods fell short. Her company was acquired in Q3 of 2024.

 

Following the acquisition, Deanna shifted her focus to other underserved industries facing similar hiring challenges where skilled labor is essential but increasingly hard to find. Today, she leads SourceLine, a sourcing partner built specifically for the RV,  Powersports, Marine, Heavy  Truck & Equipment, Solar and Logistics industries. 

Her  team brings a relationship-driven approach to their work. They don’t wait for candidates to apply to job ads. They actively source talent, tap into internal networks, and build fresh pipelines to connect our clients directly with candidates. Every client gets customized outreach and real results.

On a personal note, Deanna lives in Northeast Georgia with her husband Jimmy and their two dogs. Outside of work, she serves as the Executive Director of a nonprofit food pantry that provides food directly to families in rural and underserved communities in Northeast Georgia.
