About Our
Founder
Deanna Acker brings more than two decades of experience in service and repair operations, including hands-on experience working in shop environments. She understands the mechanical and technical realities that drive performance inside these businesses.
In 2019, she launched the first nationally recognized recruiting agency dedicated exclusively to the collision repair industry. The firm supported organizations ranging from Fortune 500 automotive groups to independently owned shops nationwide and became known for filling hard-to-fill technician roles in highly competitive markets. The company was acquired in the third quarter of 2024.
Today, she leads SourceLine, serving heavy equipment, heavy truck, and recreational service industries with a discipline-driven, quality-first recruiting model.
